Is your dog acting up? Is obedience school the answer?
There are even obedience schools and “colleges” where dogs are prepared for AKC degrees of Companion Dog (C.D.), Companion Dog Excellent (C.D.X.), Utility Dog (U.D.), and Tracking Dog (T.D.). These are degrees awarded at obedience trials which are held in conjunction with regular dog shows or independently.
While developing dogs mentally, obedience instruction also teaches good canine citizenship. There are several hundred training organizations for dogs and their owners in states across the nation. So if you are not getting good results in training your dog at home, you might join one of these classes.
